Thoughts entering from outside into our personality is real. Baghawan Sri Aurobindo stopped the thoughts outside and attained Silence. He reached this attainment in three days which would normally take for others ten or twenty years.
In Esoteric practices, it is written that, thoughts have got forms and colors. Each thought according to its nature will attack a particular chakra in the form of thought entities and elemental, which stays in the specific chakra and keep the mind and emotion fully occupied. Generally the stress and other thought pressures are the cause of this fact.
Mother's Light and Mother's force is capable of dissolving all the thought forms and emotions and that is why we get instant peace while praying to Mother.
What Sri Aurobindo achieved in three days, With the yogic attainment, Mother and Sri Aurobindo offered the silence as a gift to all who pray them.Transformation of one's nature will stop the respective negative thought forms outside our personality and attract positive thought forms. Consecrating the thoughts to Mother will transform the thought forms in to positive ones(Supra mental truths)that is Alchemy.

"That reminds me of the time" is the phrase used by Dale Carnegie for training people in public speaking. People need to narrate an incident and should relate it with an incident in his life using the phrase "That reminds me of the time when i was"
Each moment in our life is the reminder of some connecting incident in our past. If we correctly relate our problems to our past with the right incident in the past what we call the seed incident and reverse our attitude attached to that incident, we will overcome similar problems in our life. Similarly if we identify the seed for our opportunities and enhance the attitude attached to the seed, we will get the opportunities in queue.

Influence
A new born baby, start influencing by crying for food in the first hand and extend it to other areas of requirement. If that crying technique does not work, it tries to influence through other method. Through out the life, man is either influencing or being influenced. Man from birth to death is in the vicious circle of influence. The human choice is between two options, either to choose the evolutionary influence or to choose the revolutionary influence. Better evolve.

Power of Love - the secret behind accomplishment
In the union with the Divine, Love is the crown where work fulfills itself in knowledge. When the self will becomes divine will by union, all the actions have their source form the Divine and infinite source of energy is available for all works. When one acts with love, the work fulfills itself with greatest knowledge possible for that work. If we consider greater works of the world, we can see all these three elements bundled within. For any work to evolve beyond our limitation, we need to seek the love with divine and the knowledge required to fulfill that work will enter the work as a spark. Our part is to be with gratitude for the Divine's accomplishment which is another form of love.

Omnipresent reality
When we consecrate, our consciousness move to the psychic which touches the supermind, the ever present reality and instantly we get result which is beyond our limited personality's limited result. When our focus is in our result, we get only the intermittant glancings of the supermind in order to ascertain to our mind and ego that we get the big result through a travel to supermind. Instead, if our focus is only towards supermind(Aspiration) with out such an expectation, the everpresent reality is possible. The work is called surrender instead of consecration.

All the fields of Knowledge are expanding like how universe is ever expanding. The universe has got its origin which is Divine from where the universe got manifested. Similarly all the fields of knowledge have got a base which is called Bramha Gnanam. If we understand the central theme of any field of knowledge, the theme of Bramha Gnanam will be hidden within every theme. It will be difficult to locate this base in any field of knowledge since each such field is expanding limitlessly in different directions. The same applies to Life also unless we consciously turn towards divine to establish divine Life in our life. The Bramha Gnanam is to understand that all are integrally the one. Seeing one in many is the essence.

Awaking from ignorance
Awaking from ignorance is like waking from sleep. Ignorance in a particular aspect is like sleeping. When you get the touch of knowledge in that particular aspect, you have the continuity of the earlier(may be earlier births) experience in that particular field like how we continue our affairs of previous day or previous time before sleep. Consecration will bring that awakening in that field.

While consecrating, one will be able to access the essence of the knowledge gathered over various births as sparkling ideas for the present problem(or an aspect of ignorance). The knowledge available to any individual on any aspect of ignorance may even go beyond the essence of experiences of various births. But if this Bounty of knowledge descends to a person, it may be called as Brahma Jananam, the divine's source code for that aspect of ignorance. Mother have sanctioned this to every devotee in her capacity as Chit sakthi in the Nature of evolution.

Humility to Mother takes one out of ego. Materially she sanctions the boons to those who are humble. Spiritually she offers experience of one boundless energy in action. One can practice humility by feeling the Mother with in every other person and offering praam to the Mother with in every other person.

Peel out the negative by a purification process
To get the strength. layers of weakness need to be removed like how onion is pealed out, Knowledge is hidden in ignorance. Joy is hidden in our day to day problems, Light is hidden in the layers of darkness and so on.
Any one of the purification processes will release the strength out of weakness. The work is simple to say - Peel out and put in fire(Psychic) what is not required. Doing is the challenge. Unleash the secret of creation for evolution.
